I love the idea that a small group of friends with tons of ambition and a little know-how can get together and make something AWESOME! I just came across this video and need to research it a bit more, but I found it to be quite inspiring.

I imagine that they had a pretty clear picture in their heads of how they wanted it to turn out. So they prepped for the shot, took as much footage as possible, and then they improvised.
