Creative Writing Inspiration

I saw these images on Gizmodo and went around looking for more photos. I would REALLY like to go and see these. Just looking at them kicks my imagination into overdrive. Here’s a brief description.
“This is an abandoned army base on the sea coastline near the Murmansk city. It looks like it stays abandoned for quite a while and was built back in 1946 to protect Russian Northern coastline from somebody who might come without peace. ”
These cannons look like they belong with this photo of the robot from Laputa; Castle in Sky at the Ghibli Museum in Japan.
