Jerry Reed, a singer and actor that I remember best from “Smokey and the Bandit,” has died of complications from emphysema at 71.

I was so sad to hear that Jerry Reed died. At work my friend and I have this game of leaving Eastbound And Down on each others voicemail. Don’t forget his work on Scooby-Doo.
